In the 12th minute George Apetroaiei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hüseyin Turan Sinan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. George Apetroaiei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 15 played minutes Konyaspor got a freekick which was hit by Mecnun Savaş. After a defensive mix-up in Konyaspor's zone, Gaspar Pelayo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hüseyin Turan Sinan came out of the goal and Gaspar Pelayo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpected shot in the 36th minute by Gaspar Pelayo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 39th minute of the match, Gaspar Pelayo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Hüseyin Turan Sinan was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The supporters of Konyaspor booed when Akçadağ FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. George Apetroaiei didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Akçadağ FK's Miroslav Ivánek got a free kick in the 47th minute.
