Binali Akbuluts short, quick shot in the 8thth minute got Hüseyin Turan Sinan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 10th minute, Binali Akbulut reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hüseyin Turan Sinan. The goal made the score 1-0. Enver Ersed showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Süreyya Yiğitoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. The supporters of Konyaspor booed when s3xxxx was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Durmuş Tunçkılıç didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enver Ersed stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mehmet Bedri Tokalp's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Barış Kahraman charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 43rd minute, Binali Akbulut left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The s3xxxx fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. 2-1 became the score in the 48th minute when Süreyya Yiğitoğlu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Binali Akbulut was the one to do the kick off. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Enver Ersed made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mehmet Bedri Tokalp in the 57th minute. After some careless play in the Konyaspor defense, Muhammet Metin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hüseyin Turan Sinan. The Konyaspor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hüseyin Turan Sinan should have stopped the shot. s3xxxx's Yıldıray Özalp got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Süreyya Yiğitoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enver Ersed having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Muhammet Metin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hüseyin Turan Sinan. Konyaspor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Muhammet Metin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Muhammet Metin kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mecnun Savaş during the 74th minute. When Mehmet Bedri Tokalp came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Konyaspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mehmet Bedri Tokalp couldn't finish the play. In the 91st match minute, s3xxxx was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Barış Kahraman to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 95 minutes, Muhammet Metin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. s3xxxx's supporters crossed their fingers, but Muhammet Metin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 97th minute, Süreyya Yiğitoğlu fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Süreyya Yiğitoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enver Ersed having to interfere.
