Spectators: 7420 (Terracing: 5603, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Emir Gilşah kicked off to start the match. After 2 minutes, Cevdet Pekol mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Saray and the FENERBAHÇE SPOR players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Saray's Cevdet Pekol got a free kick in the 2nd minute. With a little luck, FENERBAHÇE SPOR's Ferman Vafi got control of the ball when Baykam Tokuz tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 7th minute Emir Gilşah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferman Vafi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nejat Alp Baykal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Barbaros Mevlit tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15thth minute of the game Şanver Toper who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saray's Barbaros Mevlit was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 18 minutes into the game, Ahmet Reha Ulucan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Saray's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FENERBAHÇE SPOR the free kick. After a rather tough play, Saray's Ahmet Reha Ulucan got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 18th minute of the match, Şener Alpaslan sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Barbaros Mevlit showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. In the 22nd minute, Cevdet Pekol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Şanver Toper in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Barbaros Mevlit prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gencalp Orbay received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ferman Vafi came out and tried to block the shot, but Gencalp Orbay slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 27th minute. If Gencalp Orbay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the FENERBAHÇE SPOR defense, Müslüm Özer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ferman Vafi. The FENERBAHÇE SPOR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ferman Vafi should have stopped the shot. Şanver Toper recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FENERBAHÇE SPOR's defense didn't have a chance, in the 42nd minute, when Emir Gilşah scored to the left of an out of position Ferman Vafi, making the score, 3-0. When Numan Olcaytug came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the FENERBAHÇE SPOR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Numan Olcaytug couldn't finish the play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Şanver Toper to strike the kick off in the second half. Ferman Vafi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Müslüm Özer in the 51st minute of play. 53 minutes into the game, Emir Gilşah cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Ferman Vafi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Şanver Toper struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Barbaros Mevlit didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FENERBAHÇE SPOR. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emir Gilşah in the 64th minute of play forced FENERBAHÇE SPOR's goalkeeper Ferman Vafi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ferman Vafi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emir Gilşah, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After 69 played minutes FENERBAHÇE SPOR got a freekick which was hit by Vacib Ülken. Şanver Toper struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Barbaros Mevlit didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FENERBAHÇE SPOR. In the 75th minute Emir Gilşah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferman Vafi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Olcay Orkun Ulvi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Barbaros Mevlit. That made the score 4-1 in the 76 minute of play. A collision led to FENERBAHÇE SPOR getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Ahmet Baler hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Saray's Gürkan Talut tried to score from far away in the 80th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Atay Sergen took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 84th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ferman Vafi. FENERBAHÇE SPOR's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 85th minute Emir Gilşah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferman Vafi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FENERBAHÇE SPOR's Şanver Toper came free and shot a quick shot against goal 92 minutes in the game, fortunately Barbaros Mevlit had problems saving as it came toward the left post. In the 94th minute, Müslüm Özer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ferman Vafi was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Saray were victorious despite being under pressure from FENERBAHÇE SPOR for much of the match.
