İlkan Hüryaşar hit a great ball. Gökmen Peşrev struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Hacı Yezid didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karasu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Seyhun Orbay in the 9th minute of play forced Karasu's goalkeeper Edmondo Tatangelo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hacı Yezid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lütfü Sadi, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 16th minute, Seyhun Orbay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hacı Yezid showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lütfü Sadi in the 22nd minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Karasu fully deserved thier win.
