In the 33rd match minute, TRABZONSPOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Necati Buğdaycı to maneuver through the defense. Şadi Barın fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Numan Tayman having to interfere. Ilgaz Harmanda hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Şadi Barın made the kick off in the second half. Ege Renan's late challenge caught a Hamza DEMİR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Asım Arif Dahi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dorukhan Andaç, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. After 77 played minutes Hamza DEMİR got a freekick which was hit by Behlül Hakan. If Birdal Öksak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Şanver Lebib advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-3 in the 85th minute. Ali Numan Tayman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Güneş Tüzmen went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Hamza DEMİR played a much better game than TRABZONSPOR and deserved their victory. The TRABZONSPOR players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
