Janar Põhjala showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mürsel Özertem, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Anedin Co's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Erzin Spor the free kick. A collision led to Anedin Co getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Anedin Co. Janar Põhjala made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Mürsel Özertem sent off a good shot on target. In the 64th minute Román Diaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Janar Põhjala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 65 played minutes Anedin Co got a freekick which was hit by Tahir Zaik. Erzin Spor made a substitution. Janar Põhjala was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Batıhan Saygur showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 98 minute of play. The Erzin Spor supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Erzin Spor would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
