Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Atak Eyüpoğlu made the kick off which started today's match. After 10 played minutes Mersin got a freekick which was hit by Celil Altunışık. Celil Altunışık made in the 12th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Cankatylcn's Ruhi Tokgöz. Mersin's Erenay Kabakçı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mansur Tanacan in the 14th minute of play. Saruhan Işılay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kuddusî İzzettin in the 17th minute. Saruhan Işılay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atak Eyüpoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kuddusî İzzettin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Saruhan Işılay made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Kuddusî İzzettin took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Saruhan Işılay to make any attempt to save it. After 27 played minutes Mersin got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Haydar Yıldırımtürk. After a rather tough play, Mersin's Atak Eyüpoğlu got a free kick in the 28th minute. Murathan Şahiner hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Erenay Kabakçı stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mansur Tanacan's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Anıl Cenk Bayraktar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 40 minutes into the match, Cankatylcn's goalkeeper Saruhan Işılay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Şadi Bayülgen. If Atak Eyüpoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 46 minutes, Saruhan Işılay successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 46th minute, Anıl Cenk Bayraktar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mansur Tanacan to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Cankatylcn's goal looked a bit too open when Şadi Bayülgen came free, but Saruhan Işılay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cankatylcn's Anıl Cenk Bayraktar got his second yellow card of the match in the 55th minute. The referee ordered Anıl Cenk Bayraktar off the ground. A collision led to Cankatylcn getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Anıl Cenk Bayraktar hit a great ball. Saruhan Işılay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kuddusî İzzettin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th match minute, Cankatylcn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruhi Tokgöz to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the match, Mehmet Osman Tunçkurt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Saruhan Işılay. Cankatylcn's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mehmet Osman Tunçkurt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 66thth minute of the game Kuddusî İzzettin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cankatylcn's Saruhan Işılay was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Mansur Tanacan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erenay Kabakçı was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Ahmet Nasir Ankara struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Erenay Kabakçı didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cankatylcn. Saruhan Işılay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atak Eyüpoğlu in the 73rd minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Cankatylcn's goal looked a bit too open when Atak Eyüpoğlu came free, but Saruhan Işılay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 75 minutes into the game, Ahmet Nasir Ankara was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cankatylcn's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mersin the free kick. The supporters of Mersin booed when Cankatylcn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Nasir Ankara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Saruhan Işılay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atak Eyüpoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. If Kuddusî İzzettin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saruhan Işılay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şadi Bayülgen in the 84th minute of play. Saruhan Işılay came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Mersin's Kuddusî İzzettin. But to his dismay, Kuddusî İzzettin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Saruhan Işılay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehmet Osman Tunçkurt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Mehmet Osman Tunçkurt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cankatylcn's Saruhan Işılay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atak Eyüpoğlu in the 90th minute of play. Saruhan Işılay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şadi Bayülgen, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd minute Kuddusî İzzettin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saruhan Işılay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kuddusî İzzettin in the 96th minute of play forced Cankatylcn's goalkeeper Saruhan Işılay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mersin walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
