Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Şaban Dervişoğlu made the kick off and thus started the match. When Kutalp Uçbeyi fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored EreğliSpor's protests and gave Kutalp Uçbeyi a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, EreğliSpor's Kutalp Uçbeyi got a free kick in the 4th minute. Erenay Kabakçı came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by EreğliSpor's Şaban Dervişoğlu. But to his dismay, Şaban Dervişoğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Kuddusî İzzettin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Özgün Baliç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Şaban Dervişoğlu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erenay Kabakçı was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Tymoteusz Zbytniewski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erenay Kabakçı read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Şaban Dervişoğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erenay Kabakçı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şaban Dervişoğlu in the 38th minute of play. Erenay Kabakçı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Şaban Dervişoğlu in the 41st minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Mersin's goal looked a bit too open when Tymoteusz Zbytniewski came free, but Erenay Kabakçı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46thth minute of the game Tymoteusz Zbytniewski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mersin's Erenay Kabakçı was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Şadi Bayülgen's late challenge caught a EreğliSpor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Şadi Bayülgen helped the player get up and apologised. In the 46th minute, Şadi Bayülgen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 47 played minutes, EreğliSpor's Hazım Rahmi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Erenay Kabakçı came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in EreğliSpor reached it.

The wind increased when Atak Eyüpoğlu made the kick off in the second half. Erenay Kabakçı didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Şaban Dervişoğlu went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Mersin's Atak Eyüpoğlu got a free kick in the 56th minute. After 57th play minutes Şaban Dervişoğlu shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Erenay Kabakçı and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 63rd minute, Kuddusî İzzettin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Özgün Baliç took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atak Eyüpoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th minute, Semi Siralp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atak Eyüpoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 71 minutes into the match, Mersin's goalkeeper Erenay Kabakçı had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tymoteusz Zbytniewski. Tymoteusz Zbytniewski's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 73rdth minute, Erenay Kabakçı skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Mersin getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Osman Nuri Yasin hit a great ball. Erenay Kabakçı came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by EreğliSpor's Tymoteusz Zbytniewski. But to his dismay, Tymoteusz Zbytniewski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. 96 minutes into the match, Atak Eyüpoğlu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Özgün Baliç. EreğliSpor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Atak Eyüpoğlu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. EreğliSpor had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
