After having played for 3 minutes, Hilmi Kaçkar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Resurrection's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hilmi Kaçkar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Resurrection's Nuh Topel got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hilmi Kaçkar in the 11th minute of play forced VECREANIL JK's goalkeeper Jaunius Kuprevičius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jaunius Kuprevičius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hilmi Kaçkar, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 33 minutes into the match, VECREANIL JK's goal looked a bit too open when Nuh Topel came free, but Jaunius Kuprevičius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaunius Kuprevičius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nuh Topel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hilmi Kaçkar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Jaunius Kuprevičius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hilmi Kaçkar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After a defensive mix-up in VECREANIL JK's zone, Hilmi Kaçkar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jaunius Kuprevičius came out of the goal and Hilmi Kaçkar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ilie Malcocea kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Nuh Topel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaunius Kuprevičius having to interfere. In the 66th match minute, Resurrection was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hilmi Kaçkar to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 72 minutes, Nuh Topel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Resurrection's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nuh Topel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Hilmi Kaçkar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hilmi Kaçkar in the 85th minute of play forced VECREANIL JK's goalkeeper Jaunius Kuprevičius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Hilmi Kaçkar came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Resurrection fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hilmi Kaçkar couldn't finish the play. In the 94th minute, Resurrection's Nuh Topel ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jaunius Kuprevičius. Jaunius Kuprevičius yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Jaunius Kuprevičius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hilmi Kaçkar in the 98th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Resurrection left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than VECREANIL JK.
