Saruhan Işılay made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 17th minute of the game Kadri Özerek made a throw-in which Bora Gümüş played forward. Bora Gümüş was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 18th minute. Demirköy's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Saruhan Işılay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bora Gümüş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Saruhan Işılay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Neşat Cesur in the 24th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the game, Anıl Cenk Bayraktar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Kadim Yenay was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bora Gümüş in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Saruhan Işılay prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Demirköy were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Cankatylcn's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bora Gümüş took the corner. The corner led to Demirköy's Kadri Özerek getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Bora Gümüş struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Saruhan Işılay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Demirköy. After 37 played minutes Cankatylcn got a freekick which was hit by Afşar Samin. A collision led to Demirköy getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Samir Çiltay hit a great ball. In the 42nd match minute, Cankatylcn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sufi Cezlan to maneuver through the defense. Neşat Cesur kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Mansur Tanacan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 48 minutes into the match, Demirköy's goal looked a bit too open when Mansur Tanacan came free, but Kadim Yenay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mansur Tanacan to make the kick off. After 57 minutes of play, Cankatylcn's Anıl Cenk Bayraktar made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kadim Yenay was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Selmi Balım managed to get in a good position for a shot. Demirköy's supporters rose to their feet, but Selmi Balım was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Saruhan Işılay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Saruhan Işılay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Selmi Balım, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Saruhan Işılay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bahattin Özakan in the 68th minute of the match. When Demirköy's Selmi Balım in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cankatylcn's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bora Gümüş in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Saruhan Işılay saved Cankatylcn from getting behind. Saruhan Işılay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Selmi Balım, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Demirköy's Bora Gümüş got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 83 played minutes Demirköy got a freekick which was hit by Neşat Cesur. Saruhan Işılay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Selmi Balım, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute Neşat Cesur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saruhan Işılay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anıl Cenk Bayraktar charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anıl Cenk Bayraktar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Cankatylcn's Anıl Cenk Bayraktar got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Bora Gümüş took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Saruhan Işılay. Cankatylcn's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 96th play minutes Bora Gümüş shot 2-3, a short shot which went by Saruhan Işılay and just under the crossbar into goal. Chants of Cankatylcn echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Demirköy had held the ball for most of the match.
