Ertaç Özsel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tevfik Koç in the 4th minute of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Vira's goal looked a bit too open when Tevfik Koç came free, but Ertaç Özsel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vira's Ertaç Özsel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tevfik Koç in the 7th minute of play. Ertaç Özsel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tevfik Koç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mehmet Emin Özerdem received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ertaç Özsel came out and tried to block the shot, but Mehmet Emin Özerdem slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 14th minute. Ertaç Özsel made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Mehmet Emin Özerdem sent off a good shot on target. After 23 minutes, Ata Yücesan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vira and the Ç.RİZESPOR players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Vira's Ata Yücesan got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Namık Kemal Sözmen hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Mehmet Emin Özerdem scored 2-0 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ertaç Özsel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 32nd minute Mehmet Emin Özerdem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ertaç Özsel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ç.RİZESPOR's Geoffrey Redmond played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rıza Üstündağ in the 35th minute of play. Ertaç Özsel was out of position in the 36 minute of play, and Kemalettin İnan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kemalettin İnan really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Vira's Ertaç Özsel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tevfik Koç in the 41st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Mehmet Emin Özerdem took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Ertaç Özsel to make any attempt to save it. Mehmet Emin Özerdem scored 5-0 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ertaç Özsel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The wind increased when Tevfik Koç made the kick off in the second half. In the last second Geoffrey Redmond throw himself and got hold of the ball when Akif Sefir in the 56thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 57th minute, Namık Kemal Sözmen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mehmet Emin Özerdem took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ertaç Özsel. Ertaç Özsel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Ertaç Özsel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ertaç Özsel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kemalettin İnan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes into the match, Tevfik Koç had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ertaç Özsel. Vira's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tevfik Koç was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. After a rather tough play, Ç.RİZESPOR's Namık Kemal Sözmen got a free kick in the 89th minute. Akif Sefir was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 90th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Vira's Ertaç Özsel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Emin Özerdem in the 93rd minute of play. Rıza Üstündağ charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rıza Üstündağ the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 94 played minutes Vira got a freekick which was hit by Rıza Üstündağ. After some careless play in the Vira defense, Tevfik Koç kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ertaç Özsel. The Vira fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ertaç Özsel should have stopped the shot. Ç.RİZESPOR's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
