In the 37thth minute of the game Tevfik Koç who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bandırmaspor's Atay Ethem was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Bandırmaspor's Atay Ethem got control of the ball when Mehmet Emin Özerdem tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Tevfik Koç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Atay Ethem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Ç.RİZESPOR defense, Kartal Heybetli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Geoffrey Redmond. The Ç.RİZESPOR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Geoffrey Redmond should have stopped the shot. Atay Ethem showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Emin Özerdem in the 93rd minute of the match. Doğukan Sermet's late challenge caught a Ç.RİZESPOR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Doğukan Sermet helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ç.RİZESPOR booed when Bandırmaspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doğukan Sermet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tevfik Koç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bandırmaspor's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
