Post out! 31 minutes into the match, Göztepe SK's goal looked a bit too open when Faruk Nafiz Özgun came free, but Kağan Arabacı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, champi0nLi0n's goal looked a bit too open when Vahap Şahoğlu came free, but Ahmet Nasir Özdemir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Nafiz Göktürk fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored champi0nLi0n's protests and gave Nafiz Göktürk a yellow card for diving instead. Vahap Şahoğlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Ahmet Nasir Özdemir made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nafiz Göktürk in the 39th minute of play forced Göztepe SK's goalkeeper Kağan Arabacı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kağan Arabacı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nafiz Göktürk, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After 45 minutes of play, champi0nLi0n's Nafiz Göktürk made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kağan Arabacı was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Kağan Arabacı was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Tuncer Yener. Kağan Arabacı took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nafiz Göktürk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vahap Şahoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Nasir Özdemir having to interfere. Göztepe SK's Kağan Arabacı proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Göztepe SK from getting a goal against them. Nafiz Göktürk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ahmet Sedat Faydalı struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Kağan Arabacı didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for champi0nLi0n. When Göztepe SK's Vahap Şahoğlu in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 71 minutes of play champi0nLi0n's Ahmet Reha Ortaç was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Ahmet Reha Ortaç hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Vahap Şahoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Ahmet Nasir Özdemir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of champi0nLi0n booed when Göztepe SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baransel Öztunç didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kağan Arabacı acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 79th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ceyhun Adar. Faruk Nafiz Özgun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kağan Arabacı read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Faruk Nafiz Özgun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Kağan Arabacı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute of the match Reha Tura shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ahmet Nasir Özdemir showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 92nd minute, Faruk Nafiz Özgun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
