Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5626, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Vacid Öztan got the match started through his kick off. When Göktas FK's Vacid Öztan in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Soma's goalie prevented a goal. But to his dismay, Ali Behzat Refah quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 19 minutes into the game, Serkan Tokcan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Macit İstemihan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Macit İstemihan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Behzat Refah, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. A collision led to Göktas FK getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Burhan Zekeriya hit a great ball. Yetkin Altın recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ali Behzat Refah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th minute Ali Behzat Refah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Macit İstemihan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ali Behzat Refah stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Macit İstemihan made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Serkan Tokcan sent off a good shot on target. After 57 played minutes Göktas FK got a freekick which was hit by Burhan Zekeriya. In the 59th minute Ali Behzat Refah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Macit İstemihan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Güney Elfaz hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. 66 minutes into the game, Göktas FK's Vacid Öztan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mümin Oba made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Muzaffer Okcun kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Göktas FK's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Behzat Refah came free, but Macit İstemihan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th match minute, Göktas FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Hamza Serdinç to maneuver through the defense. Macit İstemihan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Behzat Refah, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Ali Behzat Refah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Macit İstemihan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Soma had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
