Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Efe Gazir made the kick off which started today's match. In the 12th minute Efe Gazir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Ziya Ülgen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmet Gökalp Özakay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rıfkı Nasih's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. When Mücahit Yağın came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the WOLVERHAMPTON fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mücahit Yağın couldn't finish the play. In the 20th minute Yahya Vechi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Gökalp Özakay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mehdi Yonal got free with Ahmet Ziya Ülgen in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehdi Yonal in the 23rd minute of play forced Geyikspor's goalkeeper Ahmet Ziya Ülgen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Mücahit Yağın had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute Alpertunga Balcan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Ziya Ülgen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Alpertunga Balcan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ahmet Ziya Ülgen. That made the score 1-1 in the 30 minute of play. Geyikspor's Ahmet Ziya Ülgen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efe Gazir in the 34th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Mehdi Yonal had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Karhan Özan during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Abdi Mehmet Tezeren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ahmet Ziya Ülgen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. In the 46th minute Rıfkı Nasih shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Gökalp Özakay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rıfkı Nasih was the one to do the kick off. Rıfkı Nasihs short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Ahmet Gökalp Özakay to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, WOLVERHAMPTON's Alpertunga Balcan got a free kick in the 56th minute. Geyikspor's Ahmet Ziya Ülgen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mücahit Yağın in the 61st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Mücahit Yağın managed to get in a good position for a shot. WOLVERHAMPTON's supporters rose to their feet, but Mücahit Yağın was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Ziya Ülgen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ahmet Gökalp Özakay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rıfkı Nasih in the 68th minute. Mücahit Yağın's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ahmet Ziya Ülgen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Ahmet Ziya Ülgen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 97 minutes, Emirşah Kayrahan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Geyikspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emirşah Kayrahan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. WOLVERHAMPTON's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
