Okaner Erakıncı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Okaner Erakıncı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Vefik Şentürk having to interfere. If Ufuk Adıgün had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 19 minutes into the match, Sariyahsi's goal looked a bit too open when Ufuk Adıgün came free, but Ahmet Vefik Şentürk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ufuk Adıgün was extremely unlucky when he, in the 22nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Ahmet Vefik Şentürk yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ufuk Adıgün in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ahmet Vefik Şentürk saved Sariyahsi from getting behind. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 47 minutes into the match, Sariyahsi's goalkeeper Ahmet Vefik Şentürk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Okaner Erakıncı. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ufuk Adıgün to make the kick off. Ahmet Vefik Şentürk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ufuk Adıgün, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After 53 played minutes Sariyahsi got a freekick which was hit by Gökberk Tuncalp. After having played for 54 minutes, Ufuk Adıgün managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Soğulcak SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ufuk Adıgün was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ahmet Vefik Şentürk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Okaner Erakıncı in the 59th minute of the match. Sariyahsi's Ahmet Vefik Şentürk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ufuk Adıgün in the 60th minute of play. A collision led to Sariyahsi getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Gökberk Tuncalp hit a great ball. 61 minutes into the match, Sariyahsi's goal looked a bit too open when Okaner Erakıncı came free, but Ahmet Vefik Şentürk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gökberk Tuncalp charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gökberk Tuncalp the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Soğulcak SK booed when Sariyahsi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şerafettin Ünlüer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute, Ufuk Adıgün got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sariyahsi's goalkeeper Ahmet Vefik Şentürk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
