Spectators: 7427 (Terracing: 5550, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 151) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cheb Hindi took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Cheb Hindi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gelendost fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Akatlar's Cevher Akyüz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Akatlar from getting a goal against them. Kaptan Hiçyılmaz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Hasan Can Özerdinc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kaptan Hiçyılmaz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nuratay Sungurtekin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Asım Yurdaer kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Nuratay Sungurtekin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hasan Can Özerdinc in the 16th minute of the match. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gelendost's goalkeeper Nuratay Sungurtekin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sertaç Demiroğlu charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sertaç Demiroğlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 22nd minute, Sertaç Demiroğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Hasan Can Özerdinc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kaptan Hiçyılmaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Nuratay Sungurtekin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, Kaptan Hiçyılmaz notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Gelendost's Nuratay Sungurtekin. Nuratay Sungurtekin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nuratay Sungurtekin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaptan Hiçyılmaz in the 41st minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 44th minute of the game. One of Gelendost:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Akatlar:s goal. The Gelendost players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Akatlar were winning 1-2.

In the 51st minute Kaptan Hiçyılmaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuratay Sungurtekin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cevher Akyüz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cheb Hindi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Gelendost's Cheb Hindi in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Akatlar's goalie prevented a goal. 59 minutes into the game, Asım Yurdaer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gelendost's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Akatlar the free kick. In the 59th match minute, Gelendost was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Asım Yurdaer to maneuver through the defense. Bora Han Usbay hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Hasan Can Özerdinc could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Nuratay Sungurtekin made a huge save. In the 65th minute, Gelendost's Peyami Akçakoca seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Peyami Akçakoca the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Gelendost protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Peyami Akçakoca had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Ismael Larbi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 78th match minute, Akatlar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Ali Eralkan to maneuver through the defense. Cevher Akyüz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ismael Larbi's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Nuratay Sungurtekin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hasan Can Özerdinc in the 82nd minute. Nuratay Sungurtekin was a little too slow when Kaptan Hiçyılmaz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 84th minute. The score was now 1-4. After some careless play in the Akatlar defense, Sertaç Demiroğlu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cevher Akyüz. The Akatlar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cevher Akyüz should have stopped the shot. After having played for 96 minutes, Kaptan Hiçyılmaz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Akatlar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kaptan Hiçyılmaz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hasan Can Özerdinc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
