After 17 played minutes Frightening Champions got a freekick which was hit by Emirşah Aygüneş. Mustafa Numan Özgeer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erdoğan Tekay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Gökceyazi booed when Frightening Champions was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bedir İlkutay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mustafa Numan Özgeer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ercüment Temircan in the 45th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
