Paşa Uğurata's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karadeniz Ekiner read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. After 12 minutes, Olcay Orkun Başsoy made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. ZelZele SK's Karadeniz Ekiner tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Nuralp Çiftçibaşı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Kayserispor booed when ZelZele SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gökberk Onaran didn't get a good kick on the ball. 27 minutes into the game, Mümtazer Demiroğlu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Resul Nusret was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Paşa Uğurata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karadeniz Ekiner having to interfere. Karadeniz Ekiner made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olcay Orkun Başsoy in the 32nd minute. Resul Nusret showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Çağan Erenoz in the 33rd minute of the match. Olcay Orkun Başsoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 38 minutes into the game, Mümtazer Demiroğlu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ZelZele SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kayserispor the free kick. In the 38th minute, Mümtazer Demiroğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Ahmet Kadri Ongay took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Karadeniz Ekiner to make any attempt to save it. Ardahan Gökekin struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Karadeniz Ekiner didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kayserispor.

After 52 minutes of play, Kayserispor's Olcay Orkun Başsoy made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karadeniz Ekiner was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Kayserispor getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Olcay Orkun Başsoy hit a great ball. In the 58th minute Olcay Orkun Başsoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karadeniz Ekiner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 66 minutes, Olcay Orkun Başsoy made it 5-1 with a short kick to the right side. ZelZele SK's Karadeniz Ekiner tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Olcay Orkun Başsoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Kayserispor fans' excitement grew in the 71st match minute when Kayserispor's Olcay Orkun Başsoy looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Paşa Uğurata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 78 minutes into the game, Ahmet Kadri Ongay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-1. Karadeniz Ekiner was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Karadeniz Ekiner came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Kayserispor's Ahmet Kadri Ongay. But to his dismay, Ahmet Kadri Ongay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-1. After 88 minutes of play, Kayserispor's Olcay Orkun Başsoy made it 10-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karadeniz Ekiner was left in no man's land by his defense there! Olcay Orkun Başsoy took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karadeniz Ekiner. Karadeniz Ekiner dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-1. In the 96thth minute of the game Olcay Orkun Başsoy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ZelZele SK's Karadeniz Ekiner was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Kayserispor had played much better football throughout.
