The audience thought a goal was coming when Korkutalp Yeltekin got free with Jan-Maria Pfaff in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jan-Maria Pfaff made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teofilo Gala in the 13th minute. Necip Pekin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benicio Suero in the 19th minute of the match. In the 66th match minute, Pürmüz FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tekin Ayaydın to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xove Añel in the 69th minute of play forced Pürmüz FK's goalkeeper Necip Pekin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xove Añel's late challenge caught a Pürmüz FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xove Añel helped the player get up and apologised. After 72 played minutes Ekmek spor got a freekick which was hit by Xove Añel. Jan-Maria Pfaff showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofilo Gala, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. After having played for 79 minutes, Teofilo Gala managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pürmüz FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teofilo Gala was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Xove Añel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Necip Pekin made a huge save. In the 88th minute Xove Añel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Necip Pekin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Necip Pekin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xove Añel, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. With a little luck, Pürmüz FK's Necip Pekin got control of the ball when Xove Añel tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match was over Ekmek spor could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Pürmüz FK throughout the match.
