Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Turgay Şakib started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Sporting Bay FC's goal looked a bit too open when Günalp Öğün came free, but İsrafil Günay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 6th minute Sungurhan Arıkhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İsrafil Günay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaffar Altunhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ekrem Safvet having to interfere. Vacid Özdeğer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Ekrem Safvet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Turgay Şakib put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ekrem Safvet. 17 minutes into the game, Turgay Şakib cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Ekrem Safvet was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. İsrafil Günay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sungurhan Arıkhan went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Ekrem Safvet was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Aytaç Çavas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Aytaç Çavas really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Erzin's Ekrem Safvet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peyami Üçer in the 33rd minute of play. Vacid Özdeğer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Ekrem Safvet made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Erzin's Buğrahan Kabak got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Erzin's goalkeeper Ekrem Safvet, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Turgay Şakib could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Ekrem Safvet made a huge save. Sporting Bay FC's Kazım Koyas got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Serbülent Yenay kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. A collision led to Erzin getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Sedat Gümüşcü hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sungurhan Arıkhan made a kick off. Ekrem Safvet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Turgay Şakib, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Ekrem Safvet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aytaç Çavas in the 60th minute of the match. Sporting Bay FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 65th minute, when Semail Atacan scored to the left of an out of position İsrafil Günay, making the score, 3-3. Erzin's Ekrem Safvet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaffar Altunhan in the 69th minute of play. Sporting Bay FC were furious when Gencalp Nesefi was red carded, 73 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Serbülent Yenay shot the penalty kick right outside the post. In the 77th minute Gaffar Altunhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ekrem Safvet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 83rd minute of the game. One of Erzin:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sporting Bay FC:s goal. If Aytaç Çavas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ekrem Safvet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaffar Altunhan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aytaç Çavas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ekrem Safvet having to interfere. Hüseyin Cahit Yaşanur kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Turgay Şakib, 95 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 97 played minutes, Sporting Bay FC's Turgay Şakib shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ekrem Safvet came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sporting Bay FC reached it. Gaffar Altunhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 100th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ekrem Safvet having to interfere. İsrafil Günay made a fantastic save in the 102nd minute, when Sungurhan Arıkhan sent off a good shot on target.
