Spectators: 7513 (Terracing: 5635, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ferit Ongar took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ferit Ongar in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Süleyman Uğurata saved BB Erzurumspor from getting behind. Süleyman Uğurata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferit Ongar in the 15th minute of the match. The supporters of BB Erzurumspor booed when Gönen FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. İlhami Hastimur didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the BB Erzurumspor defense, Ferit Ongar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Süleyman Uğurata. The BB Erzurumspor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Süleyman Uğurata should have stopped the shot. In the 24th minute, Ferit Ongar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Süleyman Uğurata was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After having played for 28 minutes, İlhami Hastimur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gönen FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but İlhami Hastimur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and İbrahim Ethem Koçaslan made a kick off. If Ferit Ongar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Süleyman Uğurata was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but İlhami Hastimur showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 64 minute of play. Ferit Ongar's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Süleyman Uğurata firmly grabbed it by the left post. İbrahim Ethem Koçaslan kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Ferit Ongar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Süleyman Uğurata having to interfere. Ferit Ongar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Ferit Ongar put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Süleyman Uğurata. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ferit Ongar got free with Süleyman Uğurata in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. İlhami Hastimur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Süleyman Uğurata having to interfere. With his leg Süleyman Uğurata managed to avoid a goal in the 90thth minute, when Gönen FK's Ferit Ongar fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Ferit Ongar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 96 minutes of play, BB Erzurumspor's İbrahim Ethem Koçaslan made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ziemowit Kaczanek was left in no man's land by his defense there! The BB Erzurumspor fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Gönen FK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
