Orçun Çetintürk was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 17 played minutes Fenerbahçe SK got a freekick which was hit by Yahya Kemal Eskicioğlu. Vefa Sakman kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 21st minute İlmi Raif shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orçun Çetintürk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Octav Marghescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Fenerbahçe SK's Şimşek Bucuk got a free kick in the 25th minute. İlmi Raif fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orçun Çetintürk having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gökçek Atabek in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Orçun Çetintürk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octav Marghescu in the 34th minute of play forced Turhal's goalkeeper Güral Erbay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute İlmi Raif shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orçun Çetintürk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Orçun Çetintürk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İlmi Raif in the 46th minute of the match. After 47 minutes, Kutalp Sara mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fenerbahçe SK and the Turhal players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and İlmi Raif made a kick off. Orçun Çetintürk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 82 minutes into the match, Turhal's Gökçek Atabek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Orçun Çetintürk narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Gökçek Atabek managed to get in a good position for a shot. Turhal's supporters rose to their feet, but Gökçek Atabek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Orçun Çetintürk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vefa Sakman during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 89 played minutes Fenerbahçe SK got a freekick which was hit by Vefa Sakman. 94 minutes into the game, Nurtekin Direm was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fenerbahçe SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Turhal the free kick. A collision led to Fenerbahçe SK getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Nurtekin Direm hit a great ball. Gökçek Atabek came free with the goalkeeper in the 97th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Orçun Çetintürk could save by the left post. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Turhal eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
