Spectators: 7545 (Terracing: 5660, Seating: 1735, VIP seats: 150) Ilgaz İslam started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Ahmet İlke Orkan came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Turkish Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet İlke Orkan couldn't finish the play. Ilgaz İslam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İlhami Kamuran having to interfere. Abdullatif Taybars sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fikri Eymen hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Denizlispor's Gürhan Çoğun got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 18th minute Hüsrev Çelenkoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İlhami Kamuran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. İlhami Kamuran stood somewhat misplaced when Ilgaz İslam came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 20 minute. Denizlispor's İlhami Kamuran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet İlke Orkan in the 23rd minute of play. İlhami Kamuran stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ilgaz İslam's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. When Turkish Academy's Ilgaz İslam in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Denizlispor's goalie prevented a goal. 30 minutes into the match, Abdullatif Taybars notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Turkish Academy's Tuna Kamil. Tuna Kamil was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Turkish Academy booed when Denizlispor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gürhan Çoğun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abdullatif Taybars took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tuna Kamil. Tuna Kamil dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Behzat Birdal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Turkish Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Behzat Birdal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. İlhami Kamuran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Denizlispor's İlhami Kamuran proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Denizlispor from getting a goal against them. When Turkish Academy's Ilgaz İslam in the 48th minute got a chance for a shot 48th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. İlhami Kamuran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Behzat Birdal in the 51st minute of play. Fikri Eymen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Tuna Kamil made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Denizlispor's Cengizhan Suavi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tuna Kamil. That made the score 1-4 after 55 minutes of play. Turkish Academy's Tuna Kamil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cengizhan Suavi in the 59th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Cengizhan Suavi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tuna Kamil. Turkish Academy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cengizhan Suavi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. In the 65th minute, Fikri Eymen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 66 played minutes Doğan Akçiçek rounded Turkish Academy's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-6. Fikri Eymen who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 72ndth minute tested the skills of Tuna Kamil when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 75th minute of the match Güvenç Geylanoğlu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tuna Kamil showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. İlhami Kamuran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ilgaz İslam in the 76th minute of the match. Fikri Eymen kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ilgaz İslam in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck İlhami Kamuran prevented the ball from getting in the gole. İlhami Kamuran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ilgaz İslam, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Berker Dürüst received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tuna Kamil came out and tried to block the shot, but Berker Dürüst slotted it home off the left post making it 1-7 in the 90th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Ahmet İlke Orkan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Turkish Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet İlke Orkan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. İlhami Kamuran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Denizlispor eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
