Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ahmet Hasan Tülün started the match with the kick off. After 2 played minutes Cavdir got a freekick which was hit by Reis Yörükoğlu. If Basri Cezlan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Affan Mengüalp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basri Cezlan in the 14th minute of play forced Cavdir's goalkeeper Vahdet Ülken to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 21 minutes, Mehmet Anıl Uskan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bafra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mehmet Anıl Uskan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tunç Sahat was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Reis Yörükoğlu. Affan Mengüalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tunç Sahat having to interfere. If Hamit Ayçetin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Hamit Ayçetin came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Bafra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hamit Ayçetin couldn't finish the play. 40 minutes into the game, Bafra's Basri Cezlan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vahdet Ülken made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 43 played minutes Bafra got a freekick which was hit by Eyüp Tümenbay. The audience was convinced that Basri Cezlan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vahdet Ülken was relentless in the 48th minute of the game. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Basri Cezlan to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Ahmet Hasan Tülün managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cavdir's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Hasan Tülün was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Bafra's zone, Affan Mengüalp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tunç Sahat came out of the goal and Affan Mengüalp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Affan Mengüalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Hasan Tülün fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tunç Sahat having to interfere. Hamit Ayçetins short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Vahdet Ülken to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Tunç Sahat stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmet Hasan Tülün's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. In the 81st minute, Basri Cezlan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hamit Ayçetin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Hasan Tülün in the 85th minute of play forced Bafra's goalkeeper Tunç Sahat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cavdir's goalkeeper Vahdet Ülken, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Basri Cezlan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vahdet Ülken having to interfere. With a little luck, Cavdir's Vahdet Ülken got control of the ball when Hamit Ayçetin tried to sneak it across the goal line.
