Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mehmet Edip Yura in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ali Behzat Temizkanoğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 90 minutes, Hakkı Semdin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Elbeyli SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hakkı Semdin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 93rd minute of the match, Mustafa Ekrem Polathan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Volker Gartler saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kartal Mertoğul in the 95th minute of play forced Elbeyli SK's goalkeeper Volker Gartler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute, Mustafa Ekrem Polathan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Volker Gartler. The goal made the score 1-3. When the final whistle sounded FC Göktürk left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Elbeyli SK.
