Erim Akdiken made a fantastic save in the 2nd minute, when Dilmen Özer sent off a good shot on target. Özkan Tardu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 8 minutes into the match, Red Lions's goal looked a bit too open when Erdi Dirayet came free, but Erim Akdiken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute of the match VEFA BESİKTAS SK got a corner. Red Lions's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nafiz Kadrettin ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led VEFA BESİKTAS SK's Nafiz Kadrettin to fire away a dangerous shot which Erim Akdiken despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 19th minute Halil İbrahim Erçivan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Refik Onurkan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Özkan Tardu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Refik Onurkan having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dilmen Özer in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erim Akdiken prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Uygur Pozan during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of VEFA BESİKTAS SK booed when Red Lions was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Uygur Pozan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erim Akdiken stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dilmen Özer's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Ahmet Refik Onurkan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Özkan Tardu in the 34th minute of the match. Dilmen Özer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Erim Akdiken made a huge save. In the 46th minute, Nafiz Kadrettin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Özkan Tardu to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Dilmen Özer notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Red Lions's Erim Akdiken. Erim Akdiken was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Erdi Dirayet scored 2-0 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erim Akdiken, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 67 minutes into the match, Red Lions's goal looked a bit too open when Dilmen Özer came free, but Erim Akdiken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Red Lions getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Halil İbrahim Erçivan hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute, Erdi Dirayet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erim Akdiken was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. But to his dismay, Dilmen Özer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After 83 played minutes Red Lions got a freekick which was hit by Halil İbrahim Erçivan. In the 85th minute Ferdinho Yarangga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erim Akdiken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Red Lions's Erim Akdiken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdinho Yarangga in the 86th minute of play. Erim Akdiken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dilmen Özer in the 87th minute of the match. VEFA BESİKTAS SK's Dilmen Özer got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. VEFA BESİKTAS SK's Erdi Dirayet got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There was no doubt that VEFA BESİKTAS SK were the better team. VEFA BESİKTAS SK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
