Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Red Lions's Özkan Tardu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Erim Akdiken took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Battal Seyyit Ayana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 11 played minutes Red Lions got a freekick which was hit by Özgür Kiyas. In the 11th minute of the match Kuddusî Akşit sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Erim Akdiken skillfully saved the ball. Red Lions were furious when Akif Yaver was red carded, 14 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 15th minute, Akif Yaver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ata Akşit in the 18th minute of play forced Red Lions's goalkeeper Erim Akdiken to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Uygur Pozan hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Red Lions's Uygur Pozan got a free kick in the 19th minute. Doruk Özel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 20th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Erim Akdiken. Red Lions's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Erim Akdiken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ata Akşit in the 23rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Uygur Pozan took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Haşim Unan to make any attempt to save it. The audience was convinced that Hatemi Özaltuğ's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erim Akdiken was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Battal Seyyit Ayana took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Erim Akdiken. Erim Akdiken dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hatemi Özaltuğ stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Erim Akdiken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Battal Seyyit Ayana in the 58th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute Hatemi Özaltuğ shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erim Akdiken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Kames Futbol Takımı's Hatemi Özaltuğ sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erim Akdiken narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 68th play minute Ata Akşit came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Erim Akdiken. 1-2. Uygur Pozan's late challenge caught a Kames Futbol Takımı's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Uygur Pozan helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Red Lions getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Uygur Pozan hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Hatemi Özaltuğ kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Erim Akdiken. That made the score 1-3 in the 81 minute of play. In the 84th minute Battal Seyyit Ayana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erim Akdiken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Red Lions's goal looked a bit too open when Hatemi Özaltuğ came free, but Erim Akdiken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute of the match, Ata Akşit got a very nice opportunity to score, but Erim Akdiken was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Erim Akdiken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Battal Seyyit Ayana in the 87th minute of the match. Erim Akdiken made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ata Akşit in the 89th minute. When the match was over Kames Futbol Takımı could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Red Lions throughout the match.
