In the 26th minute of the match, Hayati Denizalp tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Mansur Aktemur saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Halit Ziya Tuğkun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 37 minutes, Ulaş Ulukut managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sinex's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulaş Ulukut was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mansur Aktemur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hayati Denizalp in the 42nd minute of the match. When Bedirhan Tanzer came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Sinex fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bedirhan Tanzer couldn't finish the play. After having played for 45 minutes, Marcu Moculescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sinex's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcu Moculescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Sinex booed when Ilgin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Muzaffer Şengil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Halit Ziya Tuğkun yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. A collision led to Sinex getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Bedirhan Tanzer hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Çelik Derman in the 82nd minute of play forced Sinex's goalkeeper Mansur Aktemur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Ilgin's goal looked a bit too open when Bedirhan Tanzer came free, but Halit Ziya Tuğkun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bedirhan Tanzer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Halit Ziya Tuğkun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Sinex walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
