Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ayberk Derim kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in Cankurtaran FK's zone, Ayberk Derim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sakut Bayındır came out of the goal and Ayberk Derim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, erzurumspor's Erdi Eripek got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 28th match minute, Cankurtaran FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hayri Çiftçi to maneuver through the defense. If Hulusi Tümenbay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erdi Eripek kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Hulusi Tümenbay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ali Orhan İpekçi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hulusi Tümenbay in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Halis Safa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 41 minutes into the game, Oğuzhan Zişan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. erzurumspor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cankurtaran FK the free kick. Oğuzhan Zişan hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After 43 played minutes erzurumspor got a freekick which was hit by Müfit Başar. After having played for 46 minutes, Gencal Kutlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cankurtaran FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gencal Kutlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hulusi Tümenbay to strike the kick off in the second half. Ali Orhan İpekçi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hulusi Tümenbay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erdi Eripek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gencal Kutlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ali Orhan İpekçi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hulusi Tümenbay in the 58th minute of the match. Hulusi Tümenbay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ali Orhan İpekçi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hayri Çiftçi in the 63rd minute of the match. Keramettin Demren kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Ali Orhan İpekçi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hulusi Tümenbay's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. After 76 minutes, Mithat Ereken mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cankurtaran FK and the erzurumspor players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of erzurumspor booed when Cankurtaran FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mithat Ereken didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erdi Eripek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Sakut Bayındır tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, Cankurtaran FK's goalkeeper Sakut Bayındır had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Müfit Başar. In the 90th match minute, Cankurtaran FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sümer Ruhittin to maneuver through the defense. Ayberk Derim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew the final whistle, Cankurtaran FK could leave the field as winners, despite erzurumspor having more of the ball for most of the match.
