After 6 minutes, Hakkı Onur Oyalp mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Antakya and the Körfez Futbol Kulübü players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 6 played minutes Antakya got a freekick which was hit by Hakkı Onur Oyalp. In the 9thth minute of the game Ali Haydar Kılıçalp who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Antakya's Birkan Masuk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ali Haydar Kılıçalp might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Birkan Masuk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ali Haydar Kılıçalp ran back to his position shaking his head. Ali Haydar Kılıçalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Birkan Masuk having to interfere. Lefter Mengüer hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the match, Birdal Işıklar notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Antakya's Birkan Masuk. Birkan Masuk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Ali Haydar Kılıçalp put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Birkan Masuk. The audience thought a goal was coming when Berkan Türkdoğan got free with Nazil Akgüneş in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpected shot in the 26th minute by Halit Fahri Dilhan got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Nazil Akgüneş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Halit Fahri Dilhan in the 32nd minute of play. The supporters of Antakya booed when Körfez Futbol Kulübü was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yaser Eroğuz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antakya's Birkan Masuk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yaser Eroğuz in the 43rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Ali Haydar Kılıçalp's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Birkan Masuk was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Ali Haydar Kılıçalp made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Ali Haydar Kılıçalp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Birkan Masuk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Haydar Kılıçalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 69 minutes into the game, Antakya's Asrın Nazir nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nazil Akgüneş made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. In the 77th minute, Ali Haydar Kılıçalp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Buğrahan Muharrem kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Birkan Masuk. That made the score 1-3 in the 78 minute of play. Ali Haydar Kılıçalp had several of the Antakya's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 82 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-4 score and a disappointed Birkan Masuk as he didn't even see the shot coming. Birkan Masuk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match was over Körfez Futbol Kulübü could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Antakya throughout the match.
