The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Muzaffer Saru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ünsal Devlettin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 10 played minutes Beşiktaş JK got a freekick which was hit by Gündüz Özgenay. Uluç Oyhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Billy Löfgren's late challenge caught a Beşiktaş JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Billy Löfgren helped the player get up and apologised. After a defensive mix-up in GARANBIRLIK SPOR's zone, Muzaffer Saru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ünsal Devlettin came out of the goal and Muzaffer Saru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Muzaffer Saru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ünsal Devlettin having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, Rauf Hürkan made a precise shot to the right of Özbek Tecmil. Beşiktaş JK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 44 minutes into the match, Beşiktaş JK's goalkeeper Özbek Tecmil had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ahmet Orhan Özinan.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Muzaffer Saru made a kick off. Ünsal Devlettin was out of position in the 52 minute of play, and Muzaffer Saru capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Muzaffer Saru really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. In the 57th minute Muzaffer Saru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ünsal Devlettin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erim Çinuçin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ünsal Devlettin having to interfere. Özbek Tecmil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rauf Hürkan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute Ahmet Orhan Özinan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Özbek Tecmil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Muzaffer Saru in the 71st minute of play forced GARANBIRLIK SPOR's goalkeeper Ünsal Devlettin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute, Savaşer Eronat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Orhan Özinan in the 74th minute of play forced Beşiktaş JK's goalkeeper Özbek Tecmil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rauf Hürkan took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Özbek Tecmil. Özbek Tecmil dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. With a little luck, GARANBIRLIK SPOR's Ünsal Devlettin got control of the ball when Erim Çinuçin tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 86 minutes, Baturalp Tuğaltan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GARANBIRLIK SPOR and the Beşiktaş JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Baturalp Tuğaltan kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, GARANBIRLIK SPOR's İnanç Üngörmüş got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 94th minute, Rauf Hürkan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Muzaffer Saru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. GARANBIRLIK SPOR were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Beşiktaş JK for a fine match.
