Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alkın İnanç took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the game, Özkan Temren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sarayburnu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MALTEPE UTD the free kick. After 3 played minutes Sarayburnu got a freekick which was hit by Özkan Temren. Özkan Temren kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After 12 minutes, Mustafa Emrah Sungurtekin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sarayburnu and the MALTEPE UTD players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sarayburnu's Mustafa Emrah Sungurtekin got a free kick in the 13th minute. Alkın İnanç struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Saruhan Yürüker didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MALTEPE UTD. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Kemal Onkal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tugay Yalman took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Saruhan Yürüker. Sarayburnu's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alkın İnanç in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Saruhan Yürüker prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The supporters of MALTEPE UTD booed when Sarayburnu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Özkan Temren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kemal Onkal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saruhan Yürüker having to interfere. 56 minutes into the match, Sarayburnu's goalkeeper Saruhan Yürüker had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alkın İnanç. In the 63rd minute, Alkın İnanç got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Saruhan Yürüker made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alkın İnanç in the 65th minute. A collision led to Sarayburnu getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Hatemi Kiray hit a great ball. 67 minutes into the game, Alkın İnanç was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Saruhan Yürüker dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpected shot in the 81st minute by Kemal Onkal got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Sarayburnu's Saruhan Yürüker proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Sarayburnu from getting a goal against them. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sarayburnu's goalkeeper Saruhan Yürüker, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 91st match minute, Sarayburnu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hatemi Kiray to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute, Hatemi Kiray hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle sounded MALTEPE UTD left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Sarayburnu.
