Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Zafer Özduran started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the match, Devrek SK's goal looked a bit too open when Yahya Kemal Hatim came free, but Ahmet Hakan Yönet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 6th minute, Hüsrev Zekeriya made a precise shot to the right of Ersan Sıraç. Muş Spor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Ersan Sıraç showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arif Bilge Özerdinc in the 10th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, Muş Spor's Onur Rüşti seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Onur Rüşti the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Muş Spor protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Onur Rüşti had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Muş Spor fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 9th minute. Penalty! Hüsrev Zekeriya's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ersan Sıraç firmly grabbed it by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hüsrev Zekeriya got free with Ersan Sıraç in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 19th minute, Yahya Kemal Hatim left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Devrek SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yahya Kemal Hatim was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. With a little luck, Muş Spor's Ersan Sıraç got control of the ball when Hüsrev Zekeriya tried to sneak it across the goal line. Devrek SK's Ahmet Hakan Yönet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celal Kurtuluş in the 41st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Göktürk Tuygun got free with Ersan Sıraç in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 45th minute of the match Göktürk Tuygun sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ersan Sıraç skillfully saved the ball. Ahmet Hamdi Sargınal kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yahya Kemal Hatim made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Devrek SK's Göktürk Tuygun got a free kick in the 51st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Devrek SK's zone, Rafet Tanyel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Hakan Yönet came out of the goal and Rafet Tanyel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arif Bilge Özerdinc kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Yahya Kemal Hatim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Hakan Yönet having to interfere. 59 minutes into the game, Güner Bera was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Devrek SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Muş Spor the free kick. 61 minutes into the match, Muş Spor's Yahya Kemal Hatim sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ahmet Hakan Yönet narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Celal Kurtuluş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Ahmet Hakan Yönet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmet Hakan Yönet didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 66th minute, which inside left pole to 1-5. Yahya Kemal Hatim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Hakan Yönet having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Muş Spor's Celal Kurtuluş slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ahmet Hakan Yönet. That made the score 1-6 after 71 minutes of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yahya Kemal Hatim in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ahmet Hakan Yönet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 76 minutes, Yahya Kemal Hatim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Muş Spor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yahya Kemal Hatim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Muş Spor's Yahya Kemal Hatim got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Rafet Tanyel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The long shot by Dilmen Erakıncı in the 92nd minute really tested Ahmet Hakan Yönet's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal.
