Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Berat Tümen started the match with the kick off. Seyfi Özaltan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berat Tümen in the 4th minute of play. In the 5th match minute, Yatagan FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mahir Buyrukalp to maneuver through the defense. 9 minutes into the match, Zeynel Akbel dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Seyfi Özaltan, 1-0. Seyfi Özaltan made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Abdulbaki Korur sent off a good shot on target. Abdulbaki Korur's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Seyfi Özaltan firmly grabbed it by the left post. Seyfi Özaltan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Berat Tümen, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Yavuz Selim Kıncal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fikret Suerdem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 26 minutes Yatagan FK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Abdulkadir Altunhan who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which İhsan Adıvar managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Seyfi Özaltan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abdulbaki Korur in the 29th minute. After a rather tough play, Beşiktaş Edirne's Artaç Yaren got a free kick in the 32nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Abdulbaki Korur managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yatagan FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Abdulbaki Korur was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Seyfi Özaltan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 34th match minute, Beşiktaş Edirne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artaç Yaren to maneuver through the defense. Seyfi Özaltan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berat Tümen in the 37th minute of play. Abdulkadir Altunhan hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Seyfi Özaltan acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 47th minute, took the ball on the long shot from İdris Hanecioğlu. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nikolai Tagliaferro made a kick off. Beşiktaş Edirne's Artaç Yaren got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 55th minute, one of Beşiktaş Edirne:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Beşiktaş Edirne. In the 57th minute there was a penalty for Yatagan FK. İdris Hanecioğlu stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Seyfi Özaltan. 3-0. Nikolai Tagliaferro got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 3-1 in the right cross in the 62nd match minute before Yavuz Selim Kıncal had time to react. 72 minutes into the match, Yatagan FK's goal looked a bit too open when Nikolai Tagliaferro came free, but Yavuz Selim Kıncal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, Beşiktaş Edirne's Fikret Suerdem sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yavuz Selim Kıncal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berat Tümen in the 78th minute of play forced Beşiktaş Edirne's goalkeeper Seyfi Özaltan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Semail Yalkın during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Semail Yalkın hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdulbaki Korur in the 87th minute of play forced Beşiktaş Edirne's goalkeeper Seyfi Özaltan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Beşiktaş Edirne's Semail Yalkın got a free kick in the 88th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdulbaki Korur in the 89th minute of play forced Beşiktaş Edirne's goalkeeper Seyfi Özaltan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Seyfi Özaltan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abdulbaki Korur went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. 96 minutes into the match, Beşiktaş Edirne's goal looked a bit too open when Berat Tümen came free, but Seyfi Özaltan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Nikolai Tagliaferro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Yavuz Selim Kıncal. That made the score 4-2 in the 97 minute of play. Beşiktaş Edirne's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Yatagan FK had won, even though Beşiktaş Edirne had held more of the ball.
