Nils Pallesgaard charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nils Pallesgaard the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 2nd minute, Nils Pallesgaard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 3 minutes into the match, Yesilova's goalkeeper Kutay İlsev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by kaya Aysan. 5 minutes into the match, Erzincan FK's goal looked a bit too open when Nils Pallesgaard came free, but Alparslan Utkan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yesilova's Kutay İlsev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yahya Balkar in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yahya Balkar in the 12th minute of play forced Yesilova's goalkeeper Kutay İlsev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alparslan Utkan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nils Pallesgaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alparslan Utkan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils Pallesgaard in the 16th minute of play. Yesilova's Kutay İlsev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bora Ulusu in the 28th minute of play. Alparslan Utkan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils Pallesgaard in the 33rd minute of play. In the 43rd minute Nils Pallesgaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alparslan Utkan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alparslan Utkan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mücahit Lami, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Atalay Yavuz kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Kutay İlsev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yahya Balkar's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nils Pallesgaard to make the kick off. Kutay İlsev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yahya Balkar in the 53rd minute of play. After 54 minutes Yesilova's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Saadettin Horasanlı who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Erzincan FK's Yahya Balkar to fire away a dangerous shot which Kutay İlsev despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A collision led to Yesilova getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Frantz Svanesø hit a great ball. Alparslan Utkan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mücahit Lami, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alparslan Utkan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nils Pallesgaard showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 64 minute of play. After 69 played minutes Erzincan FK got a freekick which was hit by Birkan Usum. Kutay İlsev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yahya Balkar in the 76th minute of the match. Alparslan Utkan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mücahit Lami in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Selim Sungun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alparslan Utkan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils Pallesgaard in the 82nd minute of play. A collision led to Erzincan FK getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. kaya Aysan hit a great ball. In the 87th minute, Mücahit Lami fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Alparslan Utkan made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Saruhan Uruç sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Erzincan FK getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Alican Çelikel hit a great ball. Alparslan Utkan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nils Pallesgaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Yesilova booed when Erzincan FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saadettin Horasanlı didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Yesilova supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Yesilova would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
