Spectators: 7554 (Terracing: 5667, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Abdi Adar kicked off to start the match. Kaan Azimli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Løvsø having to interfere. When Kaan Azimli fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Batmanspor's protests and gave Kaan Azimli a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Batmanspor's Kaan Azimli got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 6th match minute, Malkara SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bektaş Ali Tuğaltay to maneuver through the defense. Malkara SK's André Løvsø played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaan Azimli in the 11th minute of play. André Løvsø made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramazan Bostancı in the 13th minute of play. After some careless play in the Malkara SK defense, Kaan Azimli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of André Løvsø. The Malkara SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that André Løvsø should have stopped the shot. 21 minutes into the match, Malkara SK's goal looked a bit too open when Ramazan Bostancı came free, but André Løvsø reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Abdi Adar dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mehmet Ferit Kiray, 1-1. 26 minutes into the match, Abdi Adar notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Batmanspor's Mehmet Ferit Kiray. Mehmet Ferit Kiray was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Malkara SK's Babür Kutlan got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Abdi Adar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Mehmet Ferit Kiray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cavit Karasu charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cavit Karasu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Malkara SK booed when Batmanspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cavit Karasu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute, Abdi Adar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ramazan Bostancı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kaan Azimli was the one to do the kick off.
