With an all-out effort, S.P.Q.R.'s Sabahattin Vacit threw himself towards the right post 4 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lamar Phua, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ahmet Korcan Balkoç lost his temper 7 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After a rather tough play, Nattandis SK's Ahmet Korcan Balkoç got a free kick in the 7th minute. S.P.Q.R.'s Lamar Phua got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Nattandis SK booed when S.P.Q.R. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yiğit Can Türegün didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mahir Bayar hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Lamar Phua kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Sami Kazım struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Sabahattin Vacit didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.P.Q.R.. Sabahattin Vacit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lamar Phua, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 20th minute, S.P.Q.R.'s Lamar Phua ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sabahattin Vacit. Sabahattin Vacit yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Mehmet Fatih Siddik kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Nattandis SK's İshak Oğuralp got a free kick in the 26th minute. Garip Erseç took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sabahattin Vacit. Nattandis SK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience was convinced that Lamar Phua's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sabahattin Vacit was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. With a little luck, Nattandis SK's Sabahattin Vacit got control of the ball when Garip Erseç tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, S.P.Q.R.'s Carlos Marchena got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 35th minute, Sami Kazım got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Nattandis SK getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. İshak Oğuralp hit a great ball. When Lamar Phua came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the S.P.Q.R. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lamar Phua couldn't finish the play. S.P.Q.R.'s Lamar Phua got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sabahattin Vacit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sami Kazım in the 45th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Lamar Phua made the kick off in the second half. Sabahattin Vacit stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lamar Phua's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Sabahattin Vacit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lamar Phua in the 58th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Nattandis SK's zone, Yiğit Can Türegün stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sabahattin Vacit came out of the goal and Yiğit Can Türegün tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A sloppy throw-in by Carlos Marchena in the 63rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Nattandis SK's İshak Oğuralp. Sabahattin Vacit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lamar Phua in the 64th minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Lamar Phua ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sabahattin Vacit was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Yiğit Can Türegün fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sabahattin Vacit having to interfere. When Carlos Marchena fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored S.P.Q.R.'s protests and gave Carlos Marchena a yellow card for diving instead. Carlos Marchena hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lamar Phua in the 82nd minute of play forced Nattandis SK's goalkeeper Sabahattin Vacit to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the game, Carlos Marchena threw the ball into play from the sideline. Nattandis SK's İshak Oğuralp quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 86 minutes, Musa Dervişoğlu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the S.P.Q.R. and the Nattandis SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 86th match minute, S.P.Q.R. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Musa Dervişoğlu to maneuver through the defense. Sabahattin Vacit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lamar Phua, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute, S.P.Q.R.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mehmet Fatih Siddik fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Sabahattin Vacit stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lamar Phua's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. Mahir Bayar hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the S.P.Q.R. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
