When the match had been going on for 8 minutes, Edremit's Ahmet Nafiz Tangun got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Zikri Erbay. Zikri Erbay was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ahmet Nafiz Tangun showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 11 minute of play. Ardahan Saraç took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehmet Edip Bican, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 18 minutes of play, Edremit's Ahmet Nafiz Tangun made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zikri Erbay was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edremit's Ardahan Saraç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Edip Bican in the 21st minute of play. Ahmet Nafiz Tangun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Zikri Erbay made a huge save. Ardahan Saraç showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Batuhan Çiftçibaşı in the 25th minute of the match. A collision led to Catalcesme getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Özgün Şafak hit a great ball. Zikri Erbay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ahmet Nafiz Tangun went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Zikri Erbay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmet Nafiz Tangun in the 40th minute. Ahmet Nafiz Tangun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Zikri Erbay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ahmet Nafiz Tangun was the one to do the kick off. Zikri Erbay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Nafiz Tangun, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Songur Başaran in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ardahan Saraç saved Edremit from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Songur Başaran got free with Ardahan Saraç in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Edremit's Ahmet Nafiz Tangun in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 65th minute Batuhan Çiftçibaşı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ardahan Saraç saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Davut Uzel in the 68th minute of play forced Catalcesme's goalkeeper Zikri Erbay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Nafiz Tangun in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zikri Erbay prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zikri Erbay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Davut Uzel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the match, Catalcesme's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Nafiz Tangun came free, but Zikri Erbay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Ahmet Nafiz Tangun sped through Catalcesme's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zikri Erbay. Ahmet Nafiz Tangun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Narciso Belarmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Edremit's Ahmet Nafiz Tangun in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Catalcesme's goalie prevented a goal. Yalçın İsmail hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 92nd minute, Ahmet Nafiz Tangun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zikri Erbay was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. 96 minutes into the match, Edremit's goalkeeper Ardahan Saraç had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Songur Başaran. When the referee ended the match the Edremit players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
