Edirne's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hidalgo FC the free kick. Dorukhan Kutalp was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kılıçhan Sabahaddin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 22 minute of play. After 29 minutes, Hacı Ali Sarıalp mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Edirne and the Hidalgo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sergen Akşit made a kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Kılıçhan Sabahaddin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Dorukhan Kutalp was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 58th minute, Kılıçhan Sabahaddin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hidalgo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. 64 minutes into the game, Hidalgo FC's Kılıçhan Sabahaddin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dorukhan Kutalp made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3. With a little luck, Hidalgo FC's Mehmet Anıl Onursal got control of the ball when Fuat Koyak tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kamuran Bozbora was shown his second yellow card after 69 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Dorukhan Kutalp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kılıçhan Sabahaddin, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After 77 minutes of play, Hidalgo FC's Kılıçhan Sabahaddin made it 5-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hidalgo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Edirne the free kick. After 96 played minutes Hidalgo FC got a freekick which was hit by Hurşit Özerman. Ali Haydar Haktanır missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 98 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Mehmet Anıl Onursal right hand side. For all the effort they put into the match, the Edirne players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Hidalgo FC.
