Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Lütfü Sönmez started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. FC GG were furious when Alim Başel was red carded, 3 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 3rd minute of the game. One of FC GG:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Altinova:s goal. After 5 minutes FC GG's goalkeeper Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan managed, with a little bit of luck, save İlbey Tokhan's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. In the 5th minute, İlbey Tokhan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yüksel Demirtaş in the 8th minute of play. Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Yüksel Demirtaş sent off a good shot on target. Altinova's Fetih Ekin got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 13th minute Şenol Kumukbay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Şenol Kumukbay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vahap Kağan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arif Bilge Talu having to interfere. 25 minutes into the game, Şenol Kumukbay recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan. Şenol Kumukbay showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Mevlüt Hamurcu kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Arif Bilge Talu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bektaş Ali Tolun in the 31st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fetih Ekin got free with Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şenol Kumukbay in the 35th minute of play. FC GG's Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şenol Kumukbay in the 40th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Altinova's goal looked a bit too open when Vahap Kağan came free, but Arif Bilge Talu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC GG's Yusuf Mutluhan got a free kick in the 45th minute. Altinova's İlbey Tokhan got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The supporters of Altinova booed when FC GG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yusuf Mutluhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Mevlüt Hamurcu came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Altinova fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mevlüt Hamurcu couldn't finish the play. Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şenol Kumukbay in the 59th minute of play. Sezer Oba kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 65th match minute, Altinova was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mevlüt Hamurcu to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute, Şenol Kumukbay made a precise shot to the right of Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan. FC GG's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After some careless play in the FC GG defense, Yüksel Demirtaş kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan. The FC GG fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Orhan Seyfi Kotuzhan should have stopped the shot. In the 80th minute, Yüksel Demirtaş got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Altinova's Mevlüt Hamurcu got a free kick in the 83rd minute.
