An unexpectedly hard shot by Fetih Uygunel in the 22nd minute of play forced Boldi's goalkeeper Babür Yağızkurt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute, Seçkin Nesefi fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Eyüp Ortunc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şentürk Sadullah, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Irving Maybury's late challenge caught a Boldi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Selmi Bilek to make the kick off. Seçkin Nesefi ran back to his position shaking his head. Yıldırım İslam hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Altay Ülküm shot from long distance in the 75th minute, but Babür Yağızkurt was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. A collision led to Boldi getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Şentürk Sadullah hit a great ball. In the 83rd match minute, Boldi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Atıf Başeskioğlu to maneuver through the defense. In the 84th minute, Şentürk Sadullah hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 85th minute, Selmi Bilek made a precise shot to the right of Babür Yağızkurt.
