Semih İmran started the match with the kick off. Kamil Aktemur hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Semih İmran sped through IstanBulls FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zekai Hiçsönmez. If Kamil Aktemur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cenk Satılmış might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zekai Hiçsönmez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cenk Satılmış ran back to his position shaking his head. After 20 minutes of play, Keçiören FK's Kamil Aktemur made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zekai Hiçsönmez was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 24th minute, Cenk Satılmış left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Keçiören FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Zekai Hiçsönmez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Recep Kongur in the 31st minute of the match. In the 33rd minute Keçiören FK were awarded a corner. Seyhun Ulgu went to the cornerflag to take it. A collision led to IstanBulls FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Tuncay İlter hit a great ball. 34 minutes into the game, Semih İmran cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Zekai Hiçsönmez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Semih İmran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 41 minutes into the game, Recep Kongur was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Keçiören FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave IstanBulls FC the free kick. After 41 played minutes Keçiören FK got a freekick which was hit by Recep Kongur. 47 minutes into the match, Semih İmran had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zekai Hiçsönmez. IstanBulls FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Semih İmran was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tuncay İlter stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Keçiören FK got a freekick which was hit by Recep Kongur. In the 58th minute, Cenk Satılmış fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Zekai Hiçsönmez, passed just outside the right post. 60 minutes into the match, IstanBulls FC's goalkeeper Zekai Hiçsönmez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cenk Satılmış. Cenk Satılmış fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zekai Hiçsönmez having to interfere. IstanBulls FC's Zekai Hiçsönmez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Semih İmran in the 66th minute of play. If Semih İmran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cenk Satılmış received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Zekai Hiçsönmez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cenk Satılmış got free with Zekai Hiçsönmez in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cenk Satılmış recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zekai Hiçsönmez was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Semih İmran showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 74 minute of play. Zekai Hiçsönmez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Semih İmran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Semih İmran might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zekai Hiçsönmez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Semih İmran ran back to his position shaking his head. Cenk Satılmış sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zekai Hiçsönmez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Semih İmran in the 89th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in IstanBulls FC's zone, Semih İmran stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zekai Hiçsönmez came out of the goal and Semih İmran tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 94 minutes, Kamil Aktemur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Keçiören FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kamil Aktemur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cenk Satılmış got free with Zekai Hiçsönmez in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Semih İmran kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zekai Hiçsönmez. That made the score 0-8 in the 98 minute of play. Keçiören FK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
