Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Karayazi FK's Azim Boranalp started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Hayri Yörükoğlu in the 6th minute of play forced Karayazi FK's goalkeeper Haluk Piruz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Azim Boranalp blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sertel Uraltay having to make a save. Anıl Şinasi hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Karayazi FK's Haluk Piruz got control of the ball when Cemalettin Bakırhan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Azim Boranalp in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sertel Uraltay prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 18 minutes into the match, ARSLANGÜCÜ's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Namık Rukni came free, but Sertel Uraltay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Azim Boranalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sertel Uraltay having to interfere. After having played for 24 minutes, Cumali Yavuzcan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ARSLANGÜCÜ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cumali Yavuzcan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 26th match minute, ARSLANGÜCÜ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fazıl Baliç to maneuver through the defense. 32 minutes into the match, Karayazi FK's goal looked a bit too open when Cumali Yavuzcan came free, but Haluk Piruz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Azim Boranalp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karayazi FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Azim Boranalp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sertel Uraltay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Ahmet Hayri Yörükoğlu fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ARSLANGÜCÜ's protests and gave Ahmet Hayri Yörükoğlu a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to ARSLANGÜCÜ getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Ahmet Hayri Yörükoğlu hit a great ball. When Karayazi FK's Azim Boranalp in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ARSLANGÜCÜ's goalie prevented a goal. Cumali Yavuzcan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Haluk Piruz made a huge save. 43 minutes into the game, Azim Boranalp cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Sertel Uraltay was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Anıl Şinasi kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ahmet Hayri Yörükoğlu made a kick off. Haluk Piruz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cumali Yavuzcan, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Mustafa Namık Rukni blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sertel Uraltay having to make a save. Sertel Uraltay was a little too slow when Azim Boranalp got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 0-2. A collision led to ARSLANGÜCÜ getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Eşref Dirican hit a great ball. Ahmet Hayri Yörükoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 68 played minutes ARSLANGÜCÜ got a freekick which was hit by Gökçen Özercan. Ahmet Hayri Yörükoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haluk Piruz having to interfere. Cumali Yavuzcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ARSLANGÜCÜ's Ahmet Hayri Yörükoğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anıl Şinasi kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. ARSLANGÜCÜ's Sertel Uraltay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Azim Boranalp in the 92nd minute of play. The Karayazi FK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Karayazi FK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
