Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tuncay İlter kicked off to start the match. When Mustafa Namık Rukni came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Karayazi FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mustafa Namık Rukni couldn't finish the play. 5 minutes into the match, IstanBulls FC's goal looked a bit too open when Azim Boranalp came free, but Zekai Hiçsönmez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baran Demirci in the 6th minute of play forced IstanBulls FC's goalkeeper Zekai Hiçsönmez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Azim Boranalp came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Karayazi FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Azim Boranalp couldn't finish the play. Mustafa Namık Rukni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Zekai Hiçsönmez made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Azim Boranalp's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zekai Hiçsönmez was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice moves Vecdi Kutlay could shoot a difficult shot in the 21st minute, which Zekai Hiçsönmez however easily saved by the left post. In the 29th minute Azim Boranalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zekai Hiçsönmez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 31 minutes, Tuncay İlter mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the IstanBulls FC and the Karayazi FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Karayazi FK booed when IstanBulls FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tuncay İlter didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aşık Ulutay, 31 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Azim Boranalp in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zekai Hiçsönmez saved IstanBulls FC from getting behind. İzzet Akyel's late challenge caught a IstanBulls FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. İzzet Akyel helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of IstanBulls FC booed when Karayazi FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. İzzet Akyel didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Mustafa Namık Rukni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 42 minutes, Azim Boranalp managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karayazi FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Azim Boranalp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mustafa Namık Rukni might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zekai Hiçsönmez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mustafa Namık Rukni ran back to his position shaking his head. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

In the 51st minute Azim Boranalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zekai Hiçsönmez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zekai Hiçsönmez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Azim Boranalp's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind IstanBulls FC's goalkeeper Zekai Hiçsönmez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Azim Boranalp struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Zekai Hiçsönmez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karayazi FK. Zekai Hiçsönmez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İzzet Akyel in the 62nd minute of the match. Mustafa Namık Rukni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zekai Hiçsönmez having to interfere. If Azim Boranalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. IstanBulls FC's Zekai Hiçsönmez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Azim Boranalp in the 68th minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Azim Boranalp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 74th match minute, IstanBulls FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tuncay İlter to maneuver through the defense. When Azim Boranalp came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Karayazi FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Azim Boranalp couldn't finish the play. The IstanBulls FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zekai Hiçsönmez should have stopped the shot. When Mustafa Namık Rukni came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Karayazi FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mustafa Namık Rukni couldn't finish the play. 89 minutes into the match, IstanBulls FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Namık Rukni came free, but Zekai Hiçsönmez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Azim Boranalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
