In the 32nd minute, Kılıçhan Yesar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 69th minute of the match Ahmet Kağan Özdal sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sungurbey Özdağ skillfully saved the ball. If Doğan Perkin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fırtınagücü's Ferit Cantez was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sungurbey Özdağ in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Sungurbey Özdağ showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doğan Perkin in the 95th minute of the match.
