An unexpectedly hard shot by Hamdi Orbay in the 17th minute of play forced Bahcesehir's goalkeeper Lefter Akaydın to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Silkiciler FK's goalkeeper Halil İbrahim Ozanalp, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lefter Akaydın took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sinan Sonat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgar Cângea ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Battal Seyyit Özgenc during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sinan Sonat showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Silkiciler FK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
