With a little luck, TOPRAKSPOR's Nazım Beysan got control of the ball when Ahmet Hakan Ruhi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nazım Beysan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hamdi Orbay in the 8th minute of play. After having played for 13 minutes, Aykut Oğuzbay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TOPRAKSPOR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aykut Oğuzbay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arif Memduh Kazım received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Halil İbrahim Ozanalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nazım Beysan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sinan Sonat in the 22nd minute of the match. A collision led to Silkiciler FK getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Şevket Kamber hit a great ball. Nazım Beysan made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Ali Galip Berksoy sent off a good shot on target. In the 31st match minute, TOPRAKSPOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arif Memduh Kazım to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Sinan Sonat managed to get in a good position for a shot. Silkiciler FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Sinan Sonat was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nazım Beysan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 34th minute, Silkiciler FK's Sinan Sonat ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nazım Beysan. Nazım Beysan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Halit Ziya Denizalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Halil İbrahim Ozanalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ahmet Hakan Ruhi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute, Doğan Ataergin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sinan Sonat was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Halit Ziya Denizalp in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Halil İbrahim Ozanalp saved Silkiciler FK from getting behind. Ahmet Hakan Ruhi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nazım Beysan. TOPRAKSPOR's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Nazım Beysan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sinan Sonat in the 59th minute of play. Aykut Oğuzbay might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Halil İbrahim Ozanalp. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aykut Oğuzbay ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Halit Ziya Denizalp managed to get in a good position for a shot. TOPRAKSPOR's supporters rose to their feet, but Halit Ziya Denizalp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Halil İbrahim Ozanalp breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Silkiciler FK's zone, Efekan Olcay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Halil İbrahim Ozanalp came out of the goal and Efekan Olcay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Halit Ziya Denizalp took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Halil İbrahim Ozanalp. Halil İbrahim Ozanalp dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. TOPRAKSPOR's Mustafa Hamit Hatırlı got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 74 minutes into the match, TOPRAKSPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Sinan Sonat came free, but Nazım Beysan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute Silkiciler FK were awarded a corner. Ahmet Hakan Ruhi went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Silkiciler FK's Sinan Sonat to a score. 3-1 in the 76th minute. TOPRAKSPOR's Nazım Beysan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Hakan Ruhi in the 79th minute of play. If Aykut Oğuzbay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
