After 10 minutes of play, GALATASARAY's Raik Tamer made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Battal Değer was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Behram Özyuva in the 16th minute of play forced GALATASARAY's goalkeeper Seyfullah Akçiçek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute, Abdülhak Alkın left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC RESURRECTION fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. With a little luck, GALATASARAY's Seyfullah Akçiçek got control of the ball when Abdülhak Alkın tried to sneak it across the goal line.
