Ata Esay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cafer Uran in the 4th minute of the match. Ata Esay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ertaç Omay in the 5th minute of play. In the 8th minute, Refik Sorgun made a precise shot to the right of Serhat Akın. ASAHİ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 13 minutes into the match, Ertaç Omay dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ata Esay, 1-1. From a short distance, ASAHİ's Aleksander Schmiedel, in the 21st minute, tried to place the ball behind Ata Esay, but the ball hit the right post on the wrong side and went out. In the 22nd match minute, ÇAKIRSÖĞÜT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Ekrem Tomurcuk to maneuver through the defense. Genco Ozansu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Ata Esay made a huge save. 2-1 became the score in the 26th minute when Ertaç Omay elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Halil Can Salikbey kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After 33 minutes, Ertaç Omay made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. ÇAKIRSÖĞÜT's Ata Esay tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 39thth minute of the game Cafer Uran who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ÇAKIRSÖĞÜT's Ata Esay was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Refik Sorgun kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Ata Esay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ertaç Omay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Serhat Akın showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aycan Okbudun, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Ertaç Omay dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ata Esay, 4-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Genco Ozansu made a kick off. Ata Esay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cafer Uran, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aycan Okbudun got free with Serhat Akın in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 57th match minute, ÇAKIRSÖĞÜT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Refik Sorgun to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the ÇAKIRSÖĞÜT defense, Genco Ozansu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ata Esay. The ÇAKIRSÖĞÜT fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ata Esay should have stopped the shot. In the 65th minute, Genco Ozansu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ASAHİ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. ÇAKIRSÖĞÜT's Refik Sorgun suffered a concussion in the 67th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. The supporters of ÇAKIRSÖĞÜT booed when ASAHİ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aleksander Schmiedel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 69th match minute, ASAHİ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aleksander Schmiedel to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute, Genco Ozansu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ata Esay was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. ÇAKIRSÖĞÜT's Eşref Ülgen was substituted for Mustafa Ekrem Tomurcuk. 85 minutes into the match, ASAHİ's goal looked a bit too open when Refik Sorgun came free, but Serhat Akın reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 93 minutes of play, ASAHİ's Ertaç Omay made it 8-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ata Esay was left in no man's land by his defense there! There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. ASAHİ fully deserved thier win.
